You can offer your customers loyalty points with a real monetary value without paying anything upfront. Pay only for points that customers will use.
After the end of a month, you will be billed for loyalty points that your customers actually claimed (plus a subscription fee if you choose a paid plan).
If you distribute 90,000 points ($95.58 worth) and only 10,000 of them will be claimed, your invoice will amount to $10.62.
10000 (claimed points) * $1.062 (exchange rate) / 1000 (points denomination) = $10.62
Loyalty points that were distributed but not claimed by customers will return to your balance in 14 days. You will not be charged for them.
We also don’t limit the number of orders on any of the plans.
Monthly credit shows how many points you can give to your users every month without paying upfront.
For example, the $100 credit on the free plan means that you can distribute 94,162 loyalty points.
$100 (credit) / $1.062 (exchange rate) * 1000 (points denomination) = 94162
Only points claimed by customers will be billed at the end of the month. If you distribute 90,000 points and only 10,000 of them will be claimed, your invoice will amount to $10.62.

If you don’t want to wait for the next month to renew your monthly credit, you can:
- Purchase additional loyalty points with the exchange rate of your subscription plan ($1.062 per 1,000 points on the free plan). Unclaimed points will return to your balance so you can use them again.
- Upgrade to a subscription plan with a higher monthly credit.
